Shichimi Togarachi Chilli Yuzu - 12g

Shichimi Togarashi is a Japanese 7 ingredient spice.  It packs a punch of flavour and is a delicious addition to almost anything!  

This Shichimi is citrus-driven. With yuzu, orange, and mandarin, the flavour is up-front citrus with a lovely hum of chilli and sansho pepper. The addition of perilla gives it an herbaceous quality.

Try this one as a 'seasoning' in a salt and pepper tofu or calamari, add it to breadcrumbs in a schnitzel, or bring the 'avo on toast' to 2024 with a generous sprinkle!
