Returns & Refunds Policy
At Cook & Co, we take great care in selecting, inspecting, and packing every order before dispatch. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We will offer a refund, replacement, or exchange if items:
- Are faulty or damaged prior to delivery
- Differ significantly from their description
- Are supplied incorrectly
Please contact us at shop@cookco.au before returning any items.
Change of Mind
If you don’t feel a product is right for you, we will happily offer an exchange or credit note on full-priced items only, returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of return inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Return Shipping
We recommend that returns be posted via registered Australia Post. In returning your item, you assume risk of loss, theft and damage of goods. Cook & Co is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
