Whole White Peppercorns - 80gm

The skin of the pepper fruit is removed prior to drying, preventing these peppercorns from turning black. Notably different in appearance from their black counterpart (and therefore preferred for lighter dishes such as mashed potatoes), white peppercorns have more heat and a pungent, earthy character.
