Since 2003, we have been Canberra's home for the best quality ingredients, cookware, cookbooks and cheeses. What started as The Essential Ingredient Canberra grew into something bigger, ready for a fresh new look and so in 2024 Cook & Co was born.

Walk into our Kingston store and you will find Canberra’s only dedicated cheese room, stocked with specialty cheeses from Australia and around the world. Freshly roasted coffee, an extraordinary range of cookbooks, and shelf after shelf of locally sourced products as well as a range of unique international foods.

Nestled in leafy Old Kingston at 25 Jardine Street, we are run by locals for locals and are here to assist with all your culinary needs. Our staff are food lovers first,  always ready with a cheese recommendation, a recipe idea or to just a chat about cooking! Can't make it to Kingston?
