Gen Shio Kombu is a seasoned seaweed. Use it to enhance dishes where you want to add some salty/slightly sweet and umami flavour or a boost of nutrients and minerals! Excellent on noodles, or you can use it like furikake to season rice, fish, pickles, salads and onigiri (rice balls).
