Megachef Mushroom Sauce is traditionally made from Teak-Smoked Shiitake mushroom. The Mushrooms are simmered with raw brown sugar, sea salt and a little cornstarch until it reduces to a rich, smooth sauce. A handsome vegetarian sauce for stir-fry, braise or marinade.
