Whole Pink Peppercorns - 25gm

Pink peppercorns are the fruit of the Peruvian pepper plant, carefully prepared to retain the unique pink colour of their skins. Similar in flavour to green peppercorns, with a more subtle bite than black. Lovely in cream sauces, with chicken and ground sparingly over fruit salads.
