Da Morgada Quince Paste - 180gm

Da Morgada Quince Paste is made according ancient recipe. While honey has been replaced by sugar cane in the late 1800's, the Paste is still crafted with no preservatives, artificial colourants and flavours. With an amber colour, the texture isn't grainy but smooth with a jelly like consistency that hold its shape but also spread easily on bread or crackers. The flavour is delicately sweet and floral.
